I so enjoy your writing, Ms. Williams! I feel like I got pulled right into the middle of any situation you so aptly describe. Your vernacular grasp is awesome - keep it up!

GRETZKY: Move Over Bobby Orr, Here Comes GRETZKY
You guys are all wrong! Wrong,WRONG!!! I am the smartie pants here and I think I know who is better. Technically, I prefer myself, but since it has to be a hockey player, Tai Domi.
He looks like me-short hair, a face- and you did
you know that he is dating me?

Daddy's Girl: Paulina Gretzky
Great montage of photos- they are really cute. Have you come across any photos of the youngest Gretzky- Emma Marie- who was born last March? I would love to see any if you have any and could you put together any other montages with the rest of the family also- that would be cute to see too. Thanks- I really enjoy the site.

Viva La Gretzky

I had Gretzky's uncle for a woodshop teacher in Glendale High. I played football and were on our way to the city championship when Mr Gretzky announced that he managed to get Wayne to take time out of his busy schedule and attend our pep rally in support of our championship bid. That was his first or second year on the Oilers. He scared the hell out of us when the shop garage door goes up and the decible level of his Black Ferrari that he rolled in unannounced, could have choked a horse. One of my great memories meeting Wayne.

I thought your site was really sweet.
I am 37 and have been a fan since I was 12.
My goodness has Paulina grown UP!!!!
I was still thinking of her in that white wicker chair with the little sun hat on!!! I was wondering who that lovely girl was holding his hand in the photo and low and behold it was his little girl !!!
Just awesome! As he and Janet make an example for all of us about family and elegance. He is just divine...

i agree orr, gretzky, howe, richard, lemueix, along with bobby hull and eddie shore were all great onrs. but orr is number one.put orr at a forward position he would still have awesome numbers put the others on defense they could not match orr.think about it only coffey approached orr dominance on defense no one else.but all the others played forward or center.true gretzky crushes the other forwards but still there are many high scoring forwards.plus no one killed penalties like orr a brillant skater the best skater ever,he could pass.shoot and skate with the best,a complete player the willie mays of hockey.and he should not be penalized for a short career,i judge atheletes at want they do when at there best. i do not believe the others could lead the league in scoring playing defense but orr could do it playing a forward position.i respect all these players and everyone's opinion but for me no one played the game like orr just watching him skate wa s beautiful he was unique from the rest, the one and only

hi all
i have a closeup snap shot 4 1/2x 5 of wayne and his bride sitting in the lemo on wedding their day.it is crystal clair and closeup.whomever took the photo had to know wayne otherwise security would have pervented anyone getting so close.wayne and bride have large smiles! in the photo their is also wayne's famous orb. it is truly a one of a kind! is it worth anything to you?,if so write a return comment and i will check back often for answers.i am thinking of putting it on ebay. great friendly site! wayne will be proud. thanks for looking and i will be watching for the next few days.
